Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order.
