Written by H. Avray Tipping from his lecture at the Waring & Gillow exhibition covering nineteen rooms. This copy has been accentuated by the book's previous owner with newspaper clippings which do not detract the books content. Cream exterior appears well used, corners are nubbed, spine cracked from backboard but is still attached internally. Few pages have occasional foxing esp. back page plate. A well - presented book with photographs throughout containing the true value of items presented and their function.
